We Urgently Need a Chef to run our small kitchen. The position will be part time to start with (Thurs-Sun) four evenings a week but could become full time, depending on the popularity of food sales.

Ideally want someone familiar with designing an attractive and profitable menu with an eye for the market and how to target it successfully.
