We are looking for a young professional or mature student who is friendly, tidy, considerate, non-smoking and happy to share the household chores :-)

You will be sharing with two professional females (in twenties and thirties), and a very cute cat!

Located in the Coombe Road area of Brighton, our house is warm and cosy, and fully furbished with all mod cons including sky TV and wireless internet.

We have a large patio garden, free off-street parking, excellent local amenities and bus routes, with a 20 minute walk to town

Rent is £380 pcm including all bills, and a deposit of one month's rent is required.

No couples, pets or DSS please.
