Hi.

We've got two rooms available in a very central Hove flat. (You may have seen this ad a month or so ago, but the sale took longer to go through than planned so I had to stop searching)

The flat is massive and has literally just had a full renovation. Everything is brand new, fully furnished lounge (huge corner sofa, twice the size than in the picture, huge flat screen TV) , kitchen etc. All you need to do is furnish is your own room. We currently have:

1 X Huge Double Room: With Massive built in storage cupboard things. Loads of windows so loads of light - not sure why that's very important but the estate agent thought it was fantastic. £450 a month.

1 X Smaller Double Room: Still a decent size and there is a large built in cupboard just outside the room which you can have. If you're under the age of 5 you could probably call it a walk in wardrobe. £400 a month.

Location wise, it's slap bang in the centre of Hove, (Somerhill Road) and there is limited off road parking available on a first come first served basis. (there is also permit parking available) There's big communal gardens where you can have BBQ's or practice handstands.

You'd be sharing with two guys, both aged 23. Working professionals who are very clean, and respectful and want to keep the place looking nice, but still very sociable and like having friends round at the weekends. Ideally looking for girls to keep things even but as long as you're not an axe murderer - feel free to get in touch.

Looking to start viewings next week and get people in ASAP.

Oh - and there's no stupid letting fee's. Just need 6 weeks rent as deposit!
