I'm a single, 25 year-old writer and although I am fairly shy, I do open up when I get to know someone. I'd initially like to make friends and then see how things go from there. Getting to know someone first and taking things slowly seems good; there's no need to rush through life.
I suppose I'm an old-fashioned, chivalrous, traditional sort of a gentleman and just a romantic at heart. I like cuddles, kisses, holding hands, walks in the park and feeding the ducks, rather than clubbing into the early hours. I've been described as a good listener, sensitive and thoughtful, and I enjoy my work so day-to-day I'm relaxed and stress-free. I value politeness, honesty, and respect for others, as well as family values because I'm close to my family and friends.
Ideally I'm looking for a woman who's happy to spend a night in cuddling on the sofa with a film and a bottle of wine; a woman who can share my laughter when things are going well, but also hold my hand through bad times. A woman who can experience new things with me, travel to new places with me, tell me what's on her mind when she's down, and be my girlfriend and best friend. I live alone, so I'm fairly independent, but there are times when a hug would make all of life's problems slip away.
