Room size = 10 x 10. Garage, garden, separate storage room. Excellent location 5 minutes walk to station,leisure centre,Sainsbury's, Broadway bars etc. 10 minutes through park to main shops. Would suit a female non-smoker in full time work. Reference and deposit required. All bills included except landline.
