We are a mature couple whose kids have left home and have a room to rent.
We share all amenities, kichen, bathroom, lounge, garden.
We are very relaxed and easy going and prefer a a mature minded individual.
The rent is 100 per week, inclusive no bills. To be paid 4 weeks in advance plus 2 weeks deposit.
We have braodband Wifi. We are within a 10 minute walk to the beach, 15 mins to town and the station. The bus stops right outside. There is a lovely park within a 2 minute walk.
