It's number 69 Southall Avenue that's at the bottom on THE AVENUE, so basically right next to Lewes Road. There's a 49 bus stop about 30 seconds from the front door, and if you walk round the corner to Lewes Road the 25 UNIVERSITY bus stops only 2 minutes away so its really easy to get around

There's a corner shop a minute walk away with a post office and Sainsbury's is 5 minutes on the bus or a 15 minute walk

The room's a large single
It comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers with 5 drawers, a really good big wooden desk with a laptop tray and a comfortable fold up chair, and the room comes with a mirror and wastebin. The bed is really comfortable.
There's a big window so its well lit

The house has 5 rooms in total and 4 other people live there who are very friendly students from Brighton and Sussex. There is Virgin TV in the living room and Internet access. There's a huge kitchen that's perfect for sharing, with a washing machine. The kitchen's always very clean and we never have issues with washing up. You'll get your own cupboard to store food in and everyones really considerate of other peoples food
There is also a massive garden that'll be good for BBQs in summer

I'm a first year at Brighton Uni and moved in this house a month ago, I really love it here but moved to a house having been told halls were unavailable. I've found out there are halls free now and have been asked by the landlord to find a replacement to move in when i leave.

The housing company are called MTM Property Services, who are really helpful, and Malcom the landlord helps out anyway he can.
