We are a female couple in our late 20's, early 30 & have a nice single room available in our 2 bedroom flat.

We would prefer a female flatmate, gay or straight.

We are based at the end of Lewes Road, with the bus running 24 hours a day, so easy access to town, uni, or the train station any time of day or night! Or if you have a car, there is free unresticted parking spaces outside the flat.

The room available has a single bed, double wardrobe, small chest of drawers, & shelving unit in it. If you have your own furniture, we can consider storing what furniture is in there currently.

We have wireless internet, washing machine, power shower, & Sky TV!

The rent is £400 per month, including all bills (except the phone)
