Situated on Upper Lewes Road it is in an ideal location. With bus stops to all major routes eg. universities, city centre at the end of the road, it's easily accessible. London Road train station is within 10 minutes walk and the main Brighton train station and coach station are only 15 minutes walk away. Sainsburys is situated at the end of the road, only being a 10 minute walk so there's no struggle with the weekly shop.

At the moment we have 5 students living here aged 18-23. We are all creative, up for a life, LOVE music and are easy going. We are looking for someone similar! Courses we study are digital media design, theartre, music, sociology and social policy, english literature and media - this is spread over lewes campus, falmer and the college.

Good points about the house is that it has a garden, washing machine, dishwasher (yes!), fire alarm, unrestricted parking opposite, very cheap rent for the area!
