With over 20 years of complementary healthcare experience behind me, I work with a variety of health conditions including: insomnia, IBS, pregnancy, food intolerances, menopause, stress, high blood pressure, fertility, anxiety and cancer care.

The approaches I offer include: nutritional therapy, stress management coaching, energy healing, reflexology and Reiki. My fees are £35 per hour.

Registered with the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy, the International Stress Management Association, the Counselling Society and the Association of Reflexologists.
