Head Chef wanted for Country House Hotel Restaurant. Beautiful environment just outside Brighton with a high standard of service.

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef or experienced Sous looking to make a mark. Currently the menu includes a range of modern British and classic dishes with emphasis on taste and provenance. You will have the opportunity to add, develop and create a menu ordering fresh, seasonal, free range or organic produce throughout the year from local farmers and suppliers.
