A property company based in the Brighton area requires a multi-skilled individual to work as part of a team carrying out a range of activities from day to day maintance to total refurbishment.

The successful candidate will have experience in the majority of the following trades - Plumbing, electrics, painting & decorating, plastering and roofing. A valid U.K driving licence for manual vehicles is essential.

The pay scale is Circa £8.00 ph dependent on experience, based on a 43.5 hr week Monday - Friday.
