Head Chef West Sussex - 36,000 plus 5k bonus - High Volume

An amazing opportunity for a Head Chef has for a fantastic restaurant concept. An extremely well known and talented Chef has started a small group of Italian restaurants, Great opportunity to work in a great friendly Italian restaurant - all fresh ingredients and using homemade pasta!

Head Chef Requirements:
*You must have strong experience of running a high volume kitchen as this site is going to be very busy with a quick turnover
*Proven experience of managing a large team, from recruiting, training, organising and developing a strong team of enthusiastic chefs
*You must have passion for food and fantastic produce.
*As Head Chef you will have full financial knowledge of the kitchen and must have previous background in ad hearing to gross profits, employee wage percentages, costing dishes, writing dishes, negotiating with suppliers, and keeping very tight stock control
*Your hygiene standards must very high with good knowledge of legal requirements and necessary training and paper work for the team and site kitchen

You must have experience within a good quality busy restaurant.

Salary 36,000 plus 6k bonus.
Excellent chance for progression to an Area chef role.
