Hi,

My name's Laura. I'm an Oxford University graduate with teaching experience and enhanced CRB clearance offering private English literature tuition*. I am currently taking bookings for the academic year 2009-10.

Areas of expertise include the AQA English Language and Literature GCSE syllabus (though I have also tutored students studying the OCR Board) and the AQA syllabus for AS and A2 in English Literature. I am also happy to tutor students in Year 8 and 9 who want to improve general English skills in reading, spelling, grammar, etc.

If you require help on a short-term basis, to complete a coursework assignment or re-sit a unit, or if you would like more long-term support to improve and enhance your understanding and appreciation of English language or literature, please get in touch.

I am based in Central Worthing, and am happy to host sessions at my flat, or travel to you, within reason. I don’t drive, so travel expenses may need to be covered by tutee. For GCSE and A level tuition I charge £25 p/h; all other ages, £20 p/h.
