I have a 2 bed flat in the new City Point development by Brighton station - I occupy one room, I am looking to get someone else to occupy the other. In case you were looking to live specifically with a man or a woman or someone of any particualr age or any particular place for any particular reason I should probably mention that I am a 25 year old man, from London originally.

The room is available for about 3 months, possibly longer, shorter if you need, pretty much as soon as you like.

The flat is top floor by the new Sainsbury's between London Road and Brighton station - good if you're commuting at all - it's got a balcony, a decent view, and a communal roof terrace if you're after a bit more space outside.

The bedroom is a decent sized double - you could certainly swing a cat in there (please don't e-mail me if you're into that sort of thing) and the living room kitchen diner are shared. I have en suite in my room so you would have the main bathroom to yourself. The PCM price includes: your rent, council tax, and bills: electricity, water, etc. I have Sky (with sports and movies), broadband internet, and a land line phone, all that's included as you can't really opt out of it as it's there, so I thought it best to just have one price fits all . I would expect you to pay any calls you make on the landline (easy to tell who used what because I never use it!)

The room will be furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a chest of draws. I'm sure I can swing a desk and a chair if you need them too.

I'm pretty flexible and considerate - I would expect the same of you at times. During the week it's definatly not a party house, but I do have all nighter poker games from time to time on the weekend, that sort of thing, but not blaring music or anything like that's going to wind up the neighbors or you.

This wouldn't be for an undergrad student, but someone doing a masters would be fine - or anyone with a steady income or a Kiwi/Aussie/Saffa traveller, male or female is fine, and I am prepared to consider couples.
