I will consider anything in the Brighton area in exchange for my
1 bed first floor flat with 2 balconies in a village called
Cippenham which is near Slough, Windsor and Maidenhead.
It is also near the M4 moterway.

The flat is in a low rise development and has a large living room
with window and balcony facing trees, stream and gardens. The bedroom
is also large with a balcony. The flat is light and airey but well
insulated so heating is cheap and was new in 2000. It is on a mainly
private estate and on the opposite side of my flat there is a
convenience store ,community centre and bus stops. In the nearby
village there are also more shops, pubs and a duckpond. Asda
superstore is about a quarter of a mile away. Buses to Slough go
every 20mins and take about 10/15 mins. There is a car park for
residents.

It is a very nice flat that I don't want to give up but I need to be
back in the Brighton area where I originally come from and so will
consider anything in exchange. I do not mind how far out of Brighton
though.
