My client has been designing award-winning bespoke learning solutions for over 20 years.

Their increasing workload means we urgently need a Senior Flash Developer to work at their Brighton

Head Office.

As Senior Flash Developer you will be responsible for taking the lead on a limited number

of projects and will work in close collaboration with the Technical Producer/TSO to

produce documentation and manage the projects assigned.



Successful Candidates will have:

The ability to act as technical lead on projects assigned by the Lead Developer

The knowledge to develop the most suitable technical solution that meets the

client�??s needs and expectations the communication skills to ensure both internal and external customers are regularly updated on progress

The insight to create an accurate technical budget and documentation for the solution the ability to work as a member of a team

The communication skills to ensure the Lead Developer is regularly updated on progress and risks on all projects a willingness to keep abreast of developments in web based technologies and highlight opportunities for innovation.
