We have a 3 bed, mid terrace house, arranged over three floors in Durrington, Worthing, West Sussex. The house has good transport links into town and isn’t far from Durrington or Goring train stations. It is also near 2 very good infant / primary schools and the local shops.

Ground Floor • Toilet: 7ft x 6ft • Computer Room: 7ft x 6ft • Kitchen / Diner: 18ft x 11ft • Hallway: 14ft x 4ft
First Floor • Bedroom 1: 12ft x 12ft • Lounge: 18ft x 11ft • Landing: 1 6ft x 4ft
Second Floor • Bedroom 2: 12ft x 12ft • Bathroom: 8ft x 7ft • Bedroom 3: 11ft x 11ft • Landing 2: 13ft x 3ft The following rooms have been recently redecorated; Lounge, Kitchen, Computer room, downstairs Hallway, Bedroom 1 & 2.

We have also installed a new bathroom suite with a large corner bath. There are new carpets in all 3 bedrooms & the lounge. Walnut laminate floor in the hallway, Tile effect laminate in the bathroom & the kitchen also has a tiled floor. The back garden had new turf laid in summer 07 & decking just outside the patio doors. The front garden has been dug over, weed controlled & then covered with slate chippings.

Bedroom 3 and the hallway are currently being re-plastered so please bear this in mind if you come to view. Work will be done before exchange though!

I love this area but husband is fed up with work commute and it has become apparent our son with special needs will need a room of his own in the near future.

We are therefore looking for a 3 or possibly what could be a 4 bed house. Decorative order not too important, we would like Lancing / Shoreham / Brighton areas.
