We are looking for reliable and committed individuals, who have impeccable spoken and written English.

The role involves talking to members of the public over the phone whilst at the same operating a computer software package. You will need to have good typing skills as well as a confident telephone manner.

This is not a telemarketing role and there is no selling involved at any stage of the calls you make.

We offer a friendly, relaxed and supportive working environment. Shifts are offered on a flexible basis, where you can choose the days and shift times you would like to work, there is a wide range available.
