great single room in the bevendean area

basically i left brighton uni and really need someone to take this room!
i have no more money to pay for somewhere im not living.

its a really great room,the only thing is you have to be a university student otherwise the rest of the housemates have to pay council tax,which they obviously dont want to.

its sharing with 3 other great people,about half an hour from the city centre.the rest of the contract is around 4 months but the summer period will be negotiated at the end of the contract.

rent is 325 per month,and gas and electric are on chargeable keys.
if you are interested,you will need one months rent in advance,plus £100 as damage deposit and £45 agency fee.
you will also need a guarantor who will pay your rent if you cant.
