My client is looking for a dynamic commercial/personal lines broker to join their busy and thriving team based in Lewes.



The role will involve dealing with enquiries from both agents and clients regarding new business, adjustments and renewals.



A good telephone manner is essential. In addition, you will need to possess the ability to work as part of a team and within procedural guidelines to satisfy FSA requirements. You will need to provide excellent customer service, demonstrate initiative and lateral thinking to resolve problems and possess excellent administration skills. You will need to be able to work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines and targets.



The right candidate will have working knowledge of dealing with both personal and commercial insurance products preferably within a broker environment.
