Track Record (www.trackrecordglobal.com) has a new role for a Technical Support Administrator. We need someone with:

Strong customer facing telephone and interpersonal skills
Computing related qualifications or relevant experience
An advanced working knowledge of spreadsheets
Knowledge of scripting for data manipulation - reporting would be an advantage
Windows know how (essential)
Knowledge of Linux, ability to run scripts and undertake limited tasks on the Track Record servers would be an advantage.
