Our "No Fix - No Fee - No Nonsense " policy means you don't spend anything if you decide not to go ahead with the repair * or if your repair is not feasible.

We believe that some PC repair jobs simply cannot be done 'on-site' if they are to be done properly. Hardware diagnostic tests, file corruption scans and spyware removal can take hours and hours - much of the time the engineer can be working on another job whilst a scan is running.
We believe in charging on a 'per job' and not 'per hour' basis to be fair to our clients.

We will not try to sell you unnecessary parts - we don't sell hardware. We can however advise you on what to purchase or purchase components on your behalf, if and when
required to do so.
