Ski Sales Admin Immediate Start
The role is to take sales calls from direct clients, as well as agents, whom are wishing to book a Ski Holiday, as well as to provide all the
administration support for all bookings after the point of sale until the point of the client's departure.
Task:
§ Handling sales calls

§ Ticketing and final documentation
§ Sales support
Skills required:
§ Excellent level of spoken English and written English
§ Numerate
§ Attention to detail
§ Good PC skills, working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint &
Internet
§ Good organisational skills
§ An outgoing and cheerful personality
§ Positive and determined attitude
§ A team player, will to go that extra mile to get a job done
§ Previous experience in ski sale/admin, or overseas ski seasonal
experience would be a distinct advantage.
The company:
18 year-old Brighton-based Tour Operator. It was originally set up as a
family company, and is now owned by French company. As with many Tour
Operators, this brand has been becoming increasingly internet-based. You will also have to work in conjunction with its sister company, which provides in-resort services to a host of fellow tour operators.
The Products:
Traditional chalet holiday packages operated by its sister company, as well as a tailor made packages and sold to agents and directly to the public by website and telephone. Flexible date accommodation-only supplied by the parent company, and sold to agents and direct clients on the website.
Package - OTE £18-20K
Start Day - Immediate
Location - Hove, East Sussex
