I have a 3 bed flat 1 double bedroom and 2 smaller sep toilet and bathroom kitchen is layed out to fit all modern aminities including dishwasher and tumble dryer, living room is a nice size. Great views from all windows im top floor but level with the road the garden is shared and pets are allowed great neighbours. Mins walk to nearest bus route good local school . Want to move nearer to my childrens school which is Hollingbury, Patchem area and would love our own garden. Plenty of off road parking and this flat is suitable for disabled persons as no stairs unless you want to use the garden.
