My wife and I are looking for a place to rent in Brighton and Hove and start our family, she is 5 months pregnant :-) We are both very tidy with good references and I am in a stable, well paid job.

We don't smoke or drink and we don't have any pets. We are both very tidy and our current flat is nicer now than when we moved in! I am handy with a paintbrush and a screwdriver so am more than capable of repairing most household problems or facilitating improvements.
