Accounts Assistant (Part time)
An opportunity has arisen for a part-time Accounts Assistant at Umi Hotel Brighton. This role will involve posting purchase ledger invoices, reconciling credit card receipts, Bank reconciliations, pre-payments, checking commissions and generally assisting the Financial Controller with day to day accounting.
The hours are 9am – 1pm, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required (some extra hours might be needed at particular times).
Previous experience of working in an accounts office is required, particularly on purchase ledger. Hotel experience, although not essential, would be an advantage.
