My client are a fast growing company based in central Brighton who are looking to find an experienced Client Account Manager with a contact centre background.



They require a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills to develop new & existing business relationships. You will be highly experience with the call centre environment and the needs of exacting clients. In addition you be able to deliver the highest levels of customer service & able to present to clients at the highest levels. Understanding service level agreements and key performance targets you will able to track, monitor and deliver on client expectations. Moreover you will be able to produce quality management information and build up strong relationships to encourage loyalty and develop new business.
