Junior Sous Chef £18k East Sussex
This is a new opportunity for Junior Sous Chef to join a privately owned country house style hotel close to Brighton and Eastbourne.
The role of Junior Sous Chef will involve working closely with the Head Chef who is Rosette experienced and a fully trained in Pastry, and assist with food preparation and cooking using fresh ingredients.
The food operation involves Restaurant, Bar and functions.
As Junior Sous chef, you will need to have at least 3 years experience kitchen work at Chef de Partie level within a good quality hotel or restaurant preferably at Rosette standard and have some supervisory experience.
As Junior Sous Chef, you will have the benefit to develop your cooking skills further and work with people who are passionate about food and cooking.
The working conditions are good too and offers a very spacious kitchen.
The right person for this role will need to have their own transport ie car due to the rural village location.
A salary from £18k will be offered together with an immediate start if you are successful.
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK now and have the relevant kitchen experience in order to be considered for this role. It will be an advantage if you live locally.
