I am I am London girl looking to move to Brighton

I am looking for a 1 or 2 flat in central Brignton or about 10 min bus drive to town.

The max monthly rent £900 a month

I am female 30, no pets no kids. I am self employed have accounts to prove my income.

I have just started a new business as well so I am struggling to get a full deposit together, but I do have guarantor and it would only be for a very short term.

Max rent is £950 a month

Ideally a private landlord would suit me better but happy to hear from agents as well.
