Our client is a market leading Social Housing and Repairs & Maintenance contractor, who are looking to recruit a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to work on a Void Maintenance contract with a large housing association in South East London.

The company is one of the country's leading facilities services providers. Private businesses, central and local government bodies contract them to look after and manage both their own and their residents buildings.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering void maintenance contracts in a managerial capacity, experience of day to day liaison with tenants and a working knowledge of the Opti-Time system.

You will also be responsible for:
* Monitoring, evaluating and controlling the use of sub-contractors and suppliers.
* Monitoring, evaluating and controlling the performance of labour resources.
* Ensure full compliance with relevant Health & Safety requirements
* Ensure that all company systems and procedures are implemented including QA
* Read understand and comply with the SHE Policy and Procedures
* Ensure relevant Task Specific Risk Assessments are available for tasks such as Working at Height, Electrical, Gas, COSHH and Manual Handling
* Report and Record any Personal Injury Occupational Health matters in accordance with company policy
