Perfect, yeah? The catch is....the room is VERY SMALL (2.5m x 1.9m)
– but for what it is, it’s VERY CHEAP so that’s the deal.

Rent is £298 per month, council tax £36 per month, internet £11 per month and then gas, electricity and water are on top. In total, you are looking at around £90 per week including bills (this goes up during the winter).
