£19,500 - £21,200 (depending on experience)

The Sussex Beacon is a registered charity and national centre providing care and support for men and women living with HIV and is one of only two centers in the UK providing such services.

We currently have a vacancy for an HR Officer and Volunteer Co-ordinator. The ideal candidate will be up-to-date on employment law and have a solid generalist back ground. You will need to be very much a ‘people person’ with the ability to build bridges with a diverse and varied work force. Experience of working with volunteers and management of others is essential. This is an extremely varied role and duties can be from HR Project work, policy writing to organising a social evening and answering the telephone.

This is a stand-alone position and therefore you should be able to manage your own priorities, organise your work and be able to meet deadlines.
