We are currently recruiting for 2 Sales Team Managers to join our established direct sales team based in Bexhill. You will be managing a team of up to 15 sales advisers working within our busy outbound, inbound or retention teams and will be expected to meet and exceed all the teams` sales, attendance and performance targets. The successful candidates will be expected to deliver and meet individual and company objectives and targets by driving performance and will lead and develop a team of advisors by example providing clear direction and effective leadership.
Candidates will have experience of working within a similar role within a call centre sales environment and will be fully conversant with call centre functions, systems and management systems. Candidates will display the following key skills and behaviours:
