Duty Manager £18£20K Brighton
This is a very exciting Duty Manager role and a great opportunity to join a fabulous and successful boutique style hotel based in the centre of Brighton.
The role of Duty Manager will involve assisting with reception procedures during very busy periods, supporting the front office team, and will require a clear knowledge of Health & Safety within the hotel. Most importantly, there will be guest interaction to ensure personalised service is delivered at all times.

The right person for the Duty Manager role will need to have a caring attitude, first class previous front of house hotel experience at Supervisory level, it will also be essential that you have hotel reception experience and knowledge of reservation systems.
The Duty Manager needed for this role will be vibrant, keen and eager to learn and progress, be self-motivated and have a hunger to do well. A personality with ‘Sparkle’ will be a huge plus together with excellent people skills. It is a great opportunity if you are passionate about your work and committed to the Hospitality Industry
