Our client, one of the finest country hotels based in Sussex is seeking to recruit a ambitious professional Deputy General Manager to work in the number 2 position of this Hotel covering all aspects of the operation. A senior management role focusing on not only the day to day operations but also being involved in budgets/targets and deputising in the GM’s absence.

You should be an excellent communicator and your performance management skills will inspire your team to high performance and commitment.

You should also possess excellent IT Skills (Word / Excel) Fidelio Opera Reservation and Rooms Management System, Telephone Switch Board, Point of Sale System as well as excellent Customer Care and pro-active selling skills. Previous experience in 4/5* Hotels is essential.
