We are offering a double room in our warm and friendly house share we are starting. It will be available from 1 st September until late November ( we can be flexible wiht the end date but no the start date) The 90 pounds will include all bills.

It is a large double room with high ceilings and a lovely old style unused fireplace - it can be furnished or unfurnished.
There is a front and back garden which are additional lovely social spaces.
The living room area is spacious.
The kitchen if fully functional with a washing machine.

The room is in a 3 bedroom house spead over 3 floors, it is located close to the centre of town and near to local shops. It is a 5 min walk to the beach front and 15 min walk to Brighton station.

You will be living with a happy couple Dave (23 years) starting a medical degree , Mei-wah (29 years) who is working as a physiotherapist and another lovey person that answers this ad.
We enjoy a relaxed and warm atmosphere, and like living together, some of our interests include, tennis, meditation, watching films, guitars, martial arts, cycling, growing lovely vegtables and cooking together.

We are open to all kinds of people - this place would be ideal for an individual or a couple that is looking to move into a houseshare with a friendly and sociable feel.
