Hello there,

I'm going away for 4 weeks and would like to offer my room to some one who needs a temporary space in Brighton.

From Wednesday 16th July - Wednesday 13th August.

The house is terraced, located in the peaceful area of Hollingdean, just round the corner from 5 ways, 10 minutes from the level by walk.

It's important for me to have a conscious, thoughtful and tidy individual to rent the room, as our house has a co-operative and healthy ethos. It would be best for everyone involved that there was some common ground; maybe an interest in thinking out the box, into stuff like organic food, nutrition, art, meditation/yoga, nice festivals, nature etc. Nice open people : )

We have all the usual facilities as well as a 20m/b wireless connection and a small but inspiring garden which gets a good amount of sunshine throughout the day.

We also have a large amount of organic dry foods we buy wholesale which are for the house to share, which is accounted for in the weekly price.

There are 4 other people in the house who work and like to sometimes cook together, but appreciate each others need for space and privacy.
