How would you like to have no rent to pay and outgoings of under £300 a month, wouldn't we all. Living on board a boat in Brighton Marina has not only saved me a fortune in rent but it’s my space, I own it. It’s so peaceful and relaxing, i have lived aboard this boat since April 2007 and loved every minute of it, it has been the most fun filled time of our lives having a boat all your friends start to come out of woodwork. . It has normal 3 pin power sockets, even includes a built in microwave, oven. Why am i selling it, I have enjoyed it so much I am buying a bigger boat with my girlfriend.
if you chose to live-aboard you have a house that moves so all holidays depending how adventures you are, are free and you have all your home comfits with you.
In front is a double birth where two people can stretch out and relax and sleep in peace and quiet. Midship is a dining table for 4 with original leather cushions custom made for this boat, this converts to a double bed, very comfortable. On the other side is the galley, new microwave, cooker that includes oven and grill, although there are so many fantastic places to eat in the marina, let alone in Brighton, your never use it, There is also a 240V fridge/ mini freezer, although Asda is open 24 hours, just in case.. A sink/drainer and space to make the tea, in the cupboards there is plenty of room for storage. Behind the Table is the bathroom with a manual sea toilet, not that we use it much as the toilets and shower room is close by and always super clean. On the aft deck there is seating for 4 plus the helm seat, also a table can be put up so you can enjoy drinks in the open air. The windows are nice and big to let the light in and new curtains.
Summary of the survey 26/04/2007 "The general impression was of a vessel that has been carefully maintained and handled by its owners. In my opinion, the yacht is in very good structural condition for age. Assuming a continuation of sound maintenance standards in the future, the vessel should continue to give many more years of useful yacht service."
