I have a garden flat in central Brighton to let for people who want to come to Brighton and dont want to pay hotel prices, also for professionals who are visiting the town. Ideally for an individual or a couple. Bills included, with wifi. Bedding and towels will be provided, it is like home from home.
The property is located in a nice street close to all amenities, it has it owns entrance, the front room is like a lounge and it has a sofa bed for the evening, you can keep it open during your stay if you prefer,the back room is a dressing room at the moment with wardrobe and drawers and where I have my baby's cot too, separate kitchen, separate toilet, shower room and back garden/patio.
