The honeyclub operates one of the busiest beachfront terraces in the City, with 500+ covers at weekends and Bank Holidays.

We're looking for a Chef De Partie, and a Grill Chef, to start with us this Bank Holiday weekend (May Day Bank Holiday). You should have all relevent NVQs or equivalent, a strong work ethic, and up to date food hygiene and other relevant health & safety qualifications.

Although initially these posts will be part-time, depending on the weather, as we head into summer season the hours will increase to full-time. The season lasts till the end of September 2008.

Hourly rate circa £6.00 for CDP, depending on experience.
Hourly rate circa £8.00 for Grill Chef, depending on experience.
