Why not come along to our workshop and spend the day looking after yourself?

You will get an opportunity to discover our stress triggers and habits.

You will also learn some creative strategies for change, some relaxation tips, breathing exercises, massage and stretching techniques.

This course includes a healthy vegetarian lunch.
