Our Client seeks to recruit an experienced Employment Solicitor to head up their department in the vibrant city of Brighton. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded firm, undertaking a varied caseload of both claimant and defendant work. You will be expected to have proven experience in marketing your work and you will also have supervised more junior members previously.
Who we're looking for
You will;
• Have a wide range of experience in Employment Law
• Have a proven track record of successful marketing/business development initiatives
• Be an effective communicator
• Be able to supervise more junior solicitors/paralegals
