My boyfriend and I (27 and 26 yrs old) will have 3 rooms to rent out in our house from beginning/ mid August. Wicked house, lots of character with a lovely living room, big kitchen, patio garden (great for bbqs), 2 toilets and 2 showers.

We are looking for some nice friendly people (aged 24 upwards) who are tidy and considerate and don't mind having a dog in the house on the very odd occasion. No couples please (not that we have anything against couples but we just don't want the house too crowded).
My boyfriend is a DJ who plays d'n'b, house and dubstep music so if you can't stand any of these then maybe this isn't the house for you! We also would prefer just to have just the one DJ in the house in order to keep the neighbours happy!

We both enjoy nights out at the weekend but are relatively quiet during the week, (although are sometimes partial to the odd glass of wine, or drink down the pub) so would be good to get some similar people in. Not up for turning the house into a party house though, there's too much to do in Brighton to be stuck indoors anyway!

The rent is all inclusive of all bills (water, gas, elec, tv license, council tax, broadband and Sky) and all 3 rooms have double beds in and furniture. Rent for the smaller room is £437 per month and £460 for the 2 larger rooms (inclusive).

The house is a 10 minute walk from the main Brighton train station and 5/10 mins away from the town centre and beach front. Also only 30 seconds away from the bus stops on Lewes road which is a great road to live on. (the house is on Brewer Street)

No allocated parking space but I have never had trouble finding a place for my car.

We would require a 2 week deposit, a reference from a previous landlord, a couple of payslips, bank statements and ID from you
