Pelham House Hotel are looking to recruit a friendly, confident and experienced individual to join our expanding staff team as our Restaurant and Conference supervisor.

Your main duties will include supervising the restaurant, corporate and banqueting suites ensuring the shifts run smoothly making sure areas are tidy and service runs as standard. Reporting to the Restaurant and Banqueting manager you may be required to do Duty Management shifts as part of your working day.

This would be an ideal position for someone who wants a varied position. You should have experience of volume catering and conference and banqueting. You need to have a strong, outgoing personality and can communicate effectively to both staff and guests.

In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
