Spacious double room in a friendly, quiet house available. There are currently 2 of us living here (one female, one male) aged 20 and 30. We are smokers but keep the house well aired out so it doesn't smell like an ashtray! We keep the house clean and tidy and share responsibilty for things like the washing up which has so far worked without any arguments!

All bills are included in the rent, including Sky+ and wireless broadband. The house has recently had a new kitchen fitted with plenty of storage. Parking is free and the house is located on Crayford Rd off Lewes Rd and is not far from the universities and about a 20 minute walk from town.

The room comes furnished with a chest of drawers and a double bed. Rent is payable weekly or monthly to suit you. Visitors are allowed to stay for a couple of nights a week as long as there is no major increase in electricity usage (the bills are paid up to £300 per quarter which is usually more than enough but any excess is shared between housemates). There is also a small spare room with a single bed in it.
