2 bed needed for a spacious 1 bed in brighton
I have a lovely spacious 1 bed first floor flat, its situated in Selsfield drive.
We had a brand new kitchen put in 6 months ago and the flat is in lovely condition, we have 2 children which is why we are desperate for the other bedroom, we are not fussed on decor as we dont mind doing any work to a place.
My flat has a very handy lobby which i keep my tumble dryer, shoes, coats and buggy in, the frontroom is a great size as is the bedroom, we decorated the bathroom just a few months ago as has new flooring down.
We dont mind on the area as both of us have family all around brighton and hove.
