Hi i have a 1 bed 2nd floor SE1 council flat to swap.Its 5/10 mins walk from London bridge train and tube station and the same for Asda's ,Tesco's and borough market that i would like to swap for a 1 bed in Brighton OR hove .The bedrooms 9.5 F x 12.10 sitting room is 11Fx12.10 ,separate WC/bathroom with a galley kitchen, double glazing,central heating,intercom entry.it does need decorating but council are planning refurbishments (tenders received) in the late autumn of 2009 = street doors ,bathrooms/WC etc. I can be contacted on 07903397042 my names Mark if you need any more info by all means contact me :).thanks for looking.
