The Marlborough Theatre & Bar is currently recruiting a team of volunteers and needs an enthusiastic, organised and hard working individual to head and co-ordinate that team.

Our volunteers work within the following departments: Ushers; Box Office; Set building; Prop making; Costume making; Theatre maintenance; Performers' assistants; Sound rigging and operating; Lighting rigging and operating; Publicity and Marketing and general and ongoing renovating and refurbishment of the venue.

As with all of our volunteers this position is unpaid and should only be undertaken by someone willing to give generously of their time.
Hours will be varied and negotiable, with the greatest proportion of those hours needed during the initial, and immediate, period while the team is built and organisational systems are set in place.
Benefits will include the opportunity to establish professional connections, see a variety of performances both at the venue and elsewhere and the satisfaction of playing an integral role in the revival and development of one of Brighton's best loved small venues.
