We are three laid-back, male professionals currently living in a lovely, spacious end terrace off Lewes Road. The house has four bedrooms, one bathroom and a separate shower room. There will be a furnished ground floor double-bedroom available from 16/09/09 We are all into listening/making music, sport, films, books etc and we all work full-time mon-fri. We're looking for someone easy-going and fairly sociable and, ideally, whose interests and work hours are similar to ours. Utilities not included in the rent are gas, electric, broadband and Sky (with sports and movies). Council tax is included in the rent.
